ORDER

How can I make an online purchase?

It’s very easy, start with registering and select your items.

1 Register as a new user at www.idsskincare.com.
2 Login your new account and begin shopping.
3 Simply select the item you wish to purchase and Add to Cart.

4 Preview your selected products in the Shopping Cart button at the top right of the page. You can make an edit in your Shopping Cart
5 If you have a Promo Code, please enter the code and apply.
6 When you are ready to place the order, hit the Checkout button.

8 Please read and check the “agree to the Terms and Conditions” box.
9 Select Continue button to proceed to Payment page

10 Please review your order and the total amount before completing the payment.
11 Please read and check the “agree to the Terms and Conditions” box.
12 You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Your order is not confirmed until you received a confirmation email.

If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please contact us.


 

How long does it take to confirm my order?

Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. Please check your email for order confirmation.


 

Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

We take pride in ensuring that your purchase is delivered to you on time — we process orders once the payment process is complete. Therefore, we are unable to amend your order once it is confirmed and payment complete.

Why can’t I add certain products into my cart?

There are two main reasons:

1. The product is Out of Stock – Please refer to next question below

2. The product is not available for delivery in selected countries due to import/export regulations.

What do I do when the product(s) in my Shopping Cart are Out of Stock

  • We know how frustrating it is when your favourite products are out of stock. In the event that your selected products in your cart are unavailable, please select the X button to remove that product before you proceed to make your payment for other selected products. You may also choose to continue browsing the site.
  • You may like to add the Out of Stock product(s) to your wishlist, so you can track its availability when you visit us next.

    What are the payment methods available?

  • We accept Credit Card payment.
  • We also accept Funds Transfer via online banking or at the ATM.
  • Please note that Funds Transfer is only available for banks and interbank transfers within Singapore.
  • We regret to inform that we do not accept Telegraphic Transfers from banks outside of Singapore

    How are your products delivered?

    All products purchased online will be couriered to your provided delivery address. We want to ensure that the products reach you in the best condition.


     

    Do you offer self-collection option?

    No, we are sorry that we do not offer any self-collection option for all online orders.

    Can I test the products before buying them online?

    As we are an online store, we do not have this option. However, we have a dedicated team who is ready to answer any questions you might have regarding our products. Feel free to get in touch with us by filling in the contact form via the Contact Us button at the top right of the page. Our customer service officer will contact you within 3 business days.


     

    What products would you recommend for _____?

    We advise you to head down to our affiliated reseller, IDS Clinic, for a consultation. The doctors there will be able to assess your skin condition and recommend the best combination of IDS products to address your skin concern. IDS Clinic does not charge consultation fee at the moment.

     

    Does your product rub off or ball up during application?

    Product balling (also known as pilling) is very common. It has to do with how well the product is absorbed by the skin. Products can also ball up because of incorrect application — when too much products are used or the wrong order of application of the products. Always start with ones with more fluid or lightweight texture or apply a thin layer and use soft pressing / dabbing motions rather than rubbing / massaging actions. The last possible reason may be because your skin hasn’t been properly exfoliated before to allow better penetration of the product.
